    Question 6mm/243 projectile selections

My 243AI project is starting to show a bit more light at the end of the tunnel and I am now starting to think about projectile choices. I have already got some 105 A-max and Berger VLDs but was thinking it would be nice to have another option for more close encounters. I see Nosler now have a 90g Accubond which looks good as I expect I can drive this pretty fast (3200-3300fps). The 90g E-tip also was a thought as well as the 80g TTSX. The copper bullets have killed well for me in the past in 7mm and would not need to be high BC if the 105s shoot anyway. I suppose the 100g Corelokt would be another good killer?
Does anyone have experiences good or bad in these bulllet types in the 243?
    Your comments would be appreciated.

95g SSTs work well in .243, so should be fine from a .243AI.

Performance wise, I've never struck a dud bullet in .243. From 80 grn up. And I've used plenty of different ones.

Lot's of people rave about the Hornady 87 grainers. Either soft point or HPBT. Never use them though. I did shoot a Fallow yearling with the 105gr A-Max ata hundy and it performed well (dropped on the spot).

Havnt tryed the interbonds? adam likes them tho, i use the 80gr ttsx an the 105gr amax, its a good combo, have only ever have trouble with the amax not doing the job on bigger pigs 150lbs plus have had 3 get away, have never had the barnes load then so havnt tryed them on anything big other than deer but they are just deer, hit them anywhere they dont go far the amax do it all well in my experances...........not that that means much

Anyone using the 95g partition? Sounds like a good killer.

I have a couple hundy 95g Targex RBT here actually! Did not bother with them too much as the 87 V-max shot too well in the 6BR.
How do the 95g Targex kill? I was after something that will put a good size animal on its asre fast.

    95 Targex @ 230 yds

There's another pic in the folder @ 30 yds as well

I shot a nanny tahr at 450 yards and it died pretty quickly.

Gimp shot a 12" bull tahr at the same distance using the same load.

A very underrated bullet for hunting.

I think it has a bc of .45 from memory. I ran them pretty slow at 2800fps with winchester brass and had very good success with it on plates out to 700m. Gimp got ran the 105gr hot and got some excellent groups, but I never used them.

Was more interested in terminal performance up close i.e. Red Stag @ ≤50m. Did not want it to have all energy lost on entryand not putting the animal down
