    Anyone using or tryed 150gn B/T's in there 7-08?
    I know some guys that use 140gn B/T's with good results and just interested to know how the 150s would go.

    I reckon fuckin great. If you don't try them I will. Running 140s in mine but looking to get something with a bit more heft.

    @kiwijames if you do try them let me know and we can compare notes. Haven't loaded any yet. Are you using 2208 with the 140's?

    I've been considering trying the 150gr version out lately for a little extra oomph! I've only got 2208 handy....perhaps 2209 might work better?

    @distant stalker - ever tried the 150gr BT?

    If you can't do it with a 140gr your probably better going to a bigger case.... (Insert wink here)

    I wanted to give the 150's a run in my 7mm08 but could never ever find any. On paper they stack up pretty good - I'd love to hear what your results are like.

    RL17 should definitely do 2,700ish with a 150 going by my 140gr experiences & this powder.

    What projectiles is everyone using? There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of choices of projectiles that are reasonably priced with a good BC below the 162gr amaxes.
