    9.3x62 neck sizing

@Tentman has generously donated new Lapua 9.3 brass to me.

The only catch is, it has been necked down to 6.5mm. No trimming was done to the case.
What is the best way to size this back to 9.3?
    - Try and expand it?
    - Fire form it? Can this be done?

    Any info greatly appreciated!

Try and expand but use a series of different sized expander a if you can.
To fireform you really need a false shoulder to keep the base of the cartridge back against the boltface or else you will get head separation issues later.
    Fireflite likes this.

When you size the necks that much you can easy push the shoulder back

I would expand it up as Stug said, then make sure its not too short in the chamber, if it is you will need to false shoulder it.
