BM2 is my 223 powder of choice.

My load with 64 grain projectiles is 8% over the ADI max and is safe in my rifle.
Some of the ADI data is very very conservative !

Same rifle. Was 3-4" groups at 100m when I got it. After suppressing it was straight down to 1/2" groups at 100m with the Hornady training ammo. I pulled some FMJ pills from Winchester ammo and replaced with A-Max, Speer SP and the Hornady SP. Didn't like the A-Max, Speer was about 3/4" and the Hornady was the same 1/2" as the training ammo.

    I agree
55gr z-max with adi ar2206h, 26.8gr in my 18 inch barrel 1-12 gave 3240fps. Was a warm load but never produced any issues personally. Usual caveats apply though.
Worked perfect for running the Nikon m223 scope with bdc ret

Awesome, I've got 2kg of BM2 which I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it. What other calibres does BM2 suit?
