    NZDA Taupo Stand At The Sika Show

    The NZDA Taupo Branch will have a team of seven to answer your questions at the upcoming Sika Show. The theme for the stand is to attract interest in what the local branch can offer such as Hunts Courses, organised fly in hunts, the rifle range, and the benefits of joining NZDA. They will also present some interesting video footage: Louise Pearson from Sika Country Taxidermy with a head skinning demonstration, Lee Garrick from Great Lake Tannery doing a deer skinning demonstration, and interesting footage of live deer. Allan Jackson will also be there at 10.00am on Saturday and Sunday to give a demonstration on jaw ageing.
    we'll have two competitions running at the show. Anyone who joins the NZDA Taupo branch on the Saturday and Sunday of the Sika Show goes in the draw to win a $500 voucher from Helisika for a fly-in hunt. The second draw is for anyone who wants to guess the Douglas Score of a Sika Stag Head that will be on display on our stand. The winner of this competition will win a 24-hour guided management hunt for two on Ngamatea Station (some terms and conditions apply). You'll find the NZDA Taupo Branch at Booth 004.

    Not sure yet.

    The plan is to go to drive up to Taupo on Saturday, not much more thought has gone into the plan beyond this as yet.

    @Maca49

    I think I'm the only person left in this world who doesn't have a credit card.

    Mums decided to stay at home ........ Seems She was bored to tears at the Florida Gun show a couple of weeks ago.
