    Oldest jaw aging?

Curious to know what ages some of you guys have had your deer jaws assessed at...

My oldest is a Sika stag (spiker as waaaaay beyond his prime) at 179 months (14years)! Shot Western Kaimanawas in Tree Trunk Gorge last November. At 8meters, I'm pretty sure he was deaf and blind as he was still feeding when I stumbled onto him and shot him in the eye Either that, or I was the only hunter stupid enough to be there in the past decade, so he had no fear.

Next two oldest were Sika hind @ 88months and Red stag @ 76months.

Shot an old hind once with no front teeth and molars worn almost to the gums.
Never had a jaw professionally aged.

The oldest I have had aged was 88months, i am pretty sure a few of the hinds I have shot were older then this but usually don't bring the jaws out. (I think there was a sika stag that scored over 170 in the Sika show last year that was aged at 13 or 14.. cant remember exactly.)

Allan Jackson ages them. You can get hold of him via Mark at Custom Cartridges in Taupo, or at the Sika Show in late September
