CZ 527 American, .204 Left Hand

Bought this a few months ago and it's a really nice rifle, it just doesn't sit right with me and i'm not a fan of the single set trigger

Has been Bedded and a M14x1 thread put on by Alan Carr.
It shoots one ragged hole at a hundy

after $1200 ono for bare rifle.

Once it's set the trigger is to far forward and feels awkward

@northdude thought that this might be up your alley as a playmate for your 22 hornet. I've got a scope sitting round you can pop on it..

    Lol

Yep, I don't use the set trigger on my 527 in part for that reason. The other reason is that the lock time is increased over the normal unset trigger and you have to exagerate your follow thru. Shooters think they can shoot better with a set trigger - my groups are stunning using the unset trigger. Good luck with your sale. Almost went the 204 way when I got my 527.

Rifle just sold on tardme for $1100. @57jl I don't need a 223 really, I've started reloading so hoping I can get similar performance to the 204 with a 55grain bullet in my 243

243 will be good 2506 is an other if 243 don,t work out i got a 204 Ruger number 1 in 204 it very accurate but not that suited for the shooting i am doing but it is a buzz shooting plover birds at 300m and seeing them explode in the scope because there is no recoil and you can see it all happen
