    Pretty much this... And I prefer supporting kiwi made where I can, I do believe that Macpac makes the most of cheap labour overseas and I don't like Kathmandu's business model buying out all the completion, great outdoors fairydown etc... They claimed they had redesigned a new tent when actually it was just great outdoors that did the work then brought out

    @223nut - are you looking for a cheap vest or a free vest? I have one in XXL I don't use but it's in good condition so don't want to give it away.

    They must have bought Fairydown from Macpac.
    There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!

    No, but I have friends that do.
    @PerazziSC3

    When my Rab wears out I shall replace it with one of these.

    Pretty sure they make the jackets for the NZ Antarctic team and another well known ChCh company.

    Would be good to get some feedback on these and how they are suited to hunting etc. I guess it depends on the type of hunting.

    Spoke to the fella on the phone, they can change the material to be as light weight as possible... Hmm options.

    I treat mine like fine China and it's mainly used under a coat etc when really cold and just sitting glassing
