@scottrods If you can buy them for half that why aren't you importing them and selling them new for a huge profit?

Got a link to where they are $600nz landed?

I notice most Swarvo Scopes here in NZ are ex USA assembled - not Austrian assembled

The Z3s are. I think Z5 and Z6 are Austrian.

Because I bought it when the Kiwi was high, and got a mate to send it here from USA.
Second one i bought, I brought over in hand luggage and sold it in NZ.
At the time it was $1400 Nz here, I paid $800NZ for it.

USA Regs wont let you import or a an American seller sell to NZ
Go on EBay and try - you wont get past Checkout once you add NZ as shipping destination

    OK
That makes sense then - this is why my prices on the "lower" end Swarvo's are no cheaper than what is on shelf in H&F for example.
Anyone want the high end Models - ask for a price.

The US is a massive market and you'll find there will be tax/duties advantages to actually assembling scopes in the US rather than importing them as fully made into that market

They are still made by Swaro and to the same standard
