    80% Lower Receivers

    What's the laws in regarding it here in NZ and are they tough to import from the states? It's literally just a paperweight until further machined.
    Any info would be helpful

    the cops view them the same as a finished lower, if this would stand up in court is another matter. import permits are still free so no big deal

    Can you get an 80% lower from Katipo Research?
    As they brought them in to do their own lowers.
