    Blaser barrels.

    Can they be reamed and have any of you done this from and to what?

    The barrels are nitrided , and really hard on tooling. Good luck finding a gunsmithing willing to put his good reamer through it, unless you are willing to buy him a new one after the job of course...

    You are better cutting off the barrel and fitting a new barrel.
    Unless you are going to Ackley an existing caliber.

    Barrels are nitrided as well which is hard on tooling especially most reamers.
