I have got an AR with Aero Precision upper and lower - well happy. They make parts for the aerospace industry as well as uppers, lowers, mounts etc. Good quality kit

I thought they mainly did lowers and supplied others... but their website certainly has good looking full ARs:

Could be a bit heavy with that 20" barrel which looks like a fairly meaty profile ...

Yeah its a hvy barrel I think. That barrel if its what it is is $460US on Brownells alone. The stock is $300NZ.

Lots of good bits there, fairly close to my "dream" build for a long range gun, except I am using Bushmaster receivers. That must have cost quite a lot in parts.

The Q is why is it unfired, if I'd gone to that much time money and effort I'd want to be firing it.

Yeah Steven, I thought the same - why hasn't he fired it and why no mag?

    Your on to it @steven

The number of second hand AR15 I looked at where the owner swears it had only fired 30 rounds ............ Bullshit!

I bough a new CMMG and fired 50 rounds in the first 30 mins I had it on the range.

My CMMG was also test fired at the factory.

Buyer Beware .... no one builds a Rifle like this and then does not at least test fire it to ensure if functions correctly.

    Cheers
    Pete

I have two lowers with Aero bottom ends.
Very happy with the fit and finish of them so much so I am looking at more.
I was looking at this rifle as well on Trade Me. Very Tempting.
