    Un-converted Saigas are so depressing.

Ahh the elusive E cat. One day. So I had a play with the SKS, and the saiga today. SKS is not a nice unit. The wooden stock is far too short for me, and it feels flimsy. One of the ones I was trying was wobbly, the ATI stock version ($100 more) looked like playschools "My first replacement stock" nothing seemed to fit, and it was very floppy. The saiga felt far better quality in comparison, and the stock fit me nicely. Now what lol. Mini 14 was ok, but a little expensive for me right now.

The Siaga's aren't worth what they're asking for IMO, unless you get an AK103 type rifle, at least it looks pretty then. I payed 650 for my fugly one. You get what you pay for.
