    Another Nelson Bushstalking stag

The long story is on the dark side but the short story is Pengy and myself after i took a day off today went on another mission in search of a deer.He went one side of the valley, i went another. After a couple of hours what i thought was a good billy eating some broadleaf turned into two 6 pointer stags! Couple of shots or three and one large stag was down, with very strange antlers that i havnt seen much of around here

Cant beat a good day in the bush, cheers!

"couple or 3 shots" must mean you were using the 308 rather than the mighty 243??
All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

Well done. A seriously fucked up head much better off out of the gene pool.

Looks in good condition that stag. Would have been a heavy cary out.

What a strange antler structure, sure is better out of the gene pool. Meat will be fine though. Excellent day in the bush.
