    BBQ'd baby whitetail

    On our recent trip to Stewart Island, a couple of the guys ended up shooting fawns, while regrettable once they realised they were indeed fawns, they didnt go to waste, they had awesome skins which were taken to tan, and we ended up cooking one whole over the open fire, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip for all of us, it smelt and tasted fantastic!
