I have a brand new set of the Yukon rain gear size Medium in Verde available if someone is wanting to save shipping from the US. I have used the Kuiu gear extensively for a couple of years and find it to be good quality, very breathable and blends well with bush.

Most camo sells to hunters not animals, movement and smell makes the biggest difference it doesn't matter what you are wearing at the end of the day.

Also have available used DCS Guide Jacket size M, Pants size 34 and Guide Vest all in Verde and done two years of hunting, in good condition. Also have some merino and gloves etc but will have to dig it out.

Well, got my little letter in the mail today from nz customs. They have probably done everything pretty spot on, but I'd still like to spit on them Nz value: $1045=tax+duties of $323.81! Which is what I had calculated as worst case scenario. Hope it's worth it lol

I have a bit of their gear too...
Superdown hooded jacket - really rate this, light, warm, and packs down really small.
Chugach NX jacket - haven't used it much yet but it's light and waterproof and fits well. Longer cut than other US stuff like Sitka.
Accent pants, bino harness, guide gloves, boonie hat etc... All good gear. Got yukon gloves and guide vest coming from coa5ter.

Still want some of the new merino tops, a superdown vest, more pants....

If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more

Yet to really try the gear out but I agree on the cut. The Guide DCS has a longer length and first impressions are really good.
The merino 210 is a bit of a fib. The material appears to be a laminate with a fleece type inner under a merino outer. Really good combo though.
Might have to look at the Superdown jacket for next winter.

I have the 210 as well. In the description on the site it says it has the brushed polyester fleece inner.
Im currently looking at the Yukon jacket and the chinook. Though the Chugach is something i would look at as well. Anyone got both the yukon and chugach which do you rate better?
