Which are ideal......until some spatter attaches itself to the strap, and burns the bejezus out of your wrist

Well I work with electrickery all day and a metal watch strap just teaches you to be aware of where you stick your hands

Mmmmm. I gave up wearing one, tried plastic straps as well, but the sheet steel cut them, and they still trapped the spatter underneath strap

ive had a couple of good watches which i had to retire after years of exposure to assorted human body fluids-its amazing how they gum up the bloody insides.have had a lorus sports which never left my wrist shower rain swimming ,etcetcetc, and my son has just replaced battery ,but tells me its no longer waterproofadfter a decade. .have a couple of others a 200m casio which is a chunky cow but more dress, and then ive a couple of hack arounds-shit showers dirt ,grease beer and human body fluids.
way i figure it just need simple functions and as a nurse moving second hand.

Missus bought me a Fitbit, yeah I know what you are thinking So while I'm being a grateful lad and wearing it, my friggin son has made off with my good Casio sports and claimed it as his. Nice middle of the range model that has been 100% reliable. Once this shitbit lunches itself and goes in the bin I'll be in the market for another good sports. So keep up the stories for 223nut coz I'm tuned in too

I got a shitbit free and sold the fecking thing 2 weeks later. It kept telling me I was being a lazy shit and eating the wrong food, I don't need a watch telling me that I have a wife!
Oh Tardme love fitbits and easy to move on.

What do you prefer @223nut, analogue or digital?
I reckon analogue is a better all rounder esp with the illuminated hands.
