    2nd hand or cheap duck decoy for dog training

    has anyone got 2nd hand or cheap duck decoy training for dogs?

    look for 1 for my dog but dont really wanna spend $80 on 1 right now,

    ctr,wrightsons,most any sports shop except the "green mafia" it seems. and even they have budget priced models
    $80 will buy you a dozen dekes.
    guncity have cheap ones too,even tiny 6" long ones that wee $5 last time I looked.

    sorry mate your chances of finding one cheap are pretty slim.
    once we get them we tend not to pass them on no matter how old and ratty

    Ruff was offering up some frozen pheasants for training birds, but had to be gone by this weekend. He's inWaihi. Nice Sunday drive.

    I have one is well used but still works you can have it if you like pm me with your phone number and I will send you a pic of it would just need to pay some freight

    I've always used a real duck just freeze it first.Smell, feel, size all normal & dog won't worry.
    If you don't want to poach 1 ,go for a drive round the Waikato back roads should be able to find a road kill.
    You can't beat the real thing for retrieve training .1/2 hr training session through it back in freezer.
    Gun control means using both hands
