    Quail call...

    I have dropped a couple over the years so determined I would not do so again...completely annihilated one with a drill to make holes across the ends...should have guessed that would happen and as the reed is rubber they are somewhat fragile...so I think, and seriously hope that I have got it....the cord holding the ends becomes the core for the four plait round. Finished it off with a doubled three part, five bight turks head...made the mistake of trying it out in front of the dogs...they went crazy...how they love those Californians....

    I have seen thousands of quail over the years and never heard or taken note of a call?????

    why are they called calis when they clearly say they,re from chi,cago
    i love the little feathered rockets but they dont like my whistled imitation of thier call and some of the cover here they call from they,re bloody welcome to .not fit for man or gsp crap you cant even raise let alone swing a gun

    @gsp follower, you are probably using their swear words or maybe a whistled semaphore for a quail recipe...use a call and get them to come to you...the cock birds cannot resist taking a peek at who might be intruding on their patch...
