    Gave them all a swim today Chris,river still discoloured but we fished the headwaters where it was slightly cleaner. I never saw any but Mrs D had a chase and that was it really.

    They gonna be real hungry when it clears properly .Main river is firing up here now .
    The Waitawheta is crystal clear but nothing happening much.

    Got more gear to try the local sport shop has given me first tabs on a new product for trial. And another fisho mate is sending up some of those articulated streamers that work well on the spinning rod. Time is running out though,gonna get busy really soon.Will keep yas updated as usual.
