    Question Weekly poll?

    Just an idea - it would be cool to have a weekly poll viewable from the forum homepage. Similar to what stuff.co.nz and news sites do but without the constant leaning towards political questions etc!

    Obviously it would be within forum T & Cs, ethics and moral framework and of course be kept clean being on the front page or a main link next to "What's New" in top navigation bar. I think would be a good way to gauge some thoughts on key issues, events and could also be an effective way to gauge and order NZHS merch yearly. Also to hold votes for things ie logo background without it slipping through the cracks in the back of the forums.

    1 vote per user basis etc - admins can sort the nitty gritty but would this be an option?

    I realise it is possible to add a poll to a post at present but would be cool to have a headlining question for the week/fortnight/month. A good way to get fringe users to check in more regularly too - everyone loves to see a nice bar graph

    I'm fairly new here but would be happy to put some time in organising and/or tying in with admins to help run and or moderate should there be a need?

    Could be something that has been trending strongly in the forums during the week to get a quick picture of what people are thinking. It could be an outright shit idea but just floating it for feedback.
