had a freezer turn up at the yard (large 1.8w x 2.4l x 2.4h) the other day. .....it was like that's cool just whish it was a chiller and single phase. Well Bugger me after a couple phone calls it ends up being single phase and if I push that button and that one and hold my tongue the right way it can be a chiller
so next issue.....what's the point in a chiller without a animal hanging in it?????? So plan was hatched, I had just picked up a new (to me) landcruiser and of we go........successful mission and we have a nice deer hanging in the chiller. .
    so all is looking good.......
cut up the animal tonight and I ring the misses to bring down the mincer and do the vacuum packing. Yes so everything is going well until she asked for a knife to cut the bags for the vacuum packer.......so I hand over my brand spanking new Leatherman for her to use. Now at this stage I couldn't complain as the bag where flowing in nicely, getting packed and sealed.........off to the mincer I go and ask for the Leatherman to do some touch ups, fuck me it wouldn't cut through anything, WTF. .......I look around and see she had got a piece of wood and some cement board to use as a straight edge and cutting block for cutting the bags...........guess what she used for the chopping board???????
Also if by chance I cant fit all socialclub trip deer in my chiller I know who to call ay ...box of heiny in it if it pulls 7-1deg c in this humidity.

Clearly you don't read all of my posts. We often see them within a hundred yards of the house.

I'm a dumb welder mate....I have sausage fingers hit a thousand times with hammers and desensitized to holding things that would blister human hands and vision accustomed to the half light of a dingey shed.

100 pound flouro no worries tie it with my eyes closed.

10 pound braid and 20p flouro in dusk with 10knt in an open boat or dingy and a 10mins bite time and you are pulling yourself tieing knots.

But hey you are welcome to come stay in my house, skipper my boat, tie my traces,jigs,lures..... no other NI fisher has been able to show me how to catch fish yet.
