Easy deer. Parked truck , hind sitting in scrub below watching at 70m. Didn't have heart to shoot her. Walked about a km. Did a bit of glassing. On dark headed back to truck. Two spikers on track 150m from truck. Rolled the smallest one. Drove truck down and picked it up

I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

I agree. The ones who looked after my father in law were awesome. After seeing what the carers have to put up with, they deserve a dam sight more than minimum. I often thought what made them do it, so asked a couple of ladies. Their parents or relations had also needed care, so it was more of a passion or to give something back to the people that made them tick.

Working in Wellington in construction industry from concrete pour right up to bums on seats in govt depts the money should be coming out of their budget. $300 per chair for their cafeteria is obscene!

I like having my boy cranking out his own ammo on the press and Sky TV today finally playing a crucial game featuring my all-time favorite sports team.

Literally a stunning day on the coast today but I will be in front of the TV for 3 hours hoping the Leafs roll the Caps.

Year noticed, but the Brewery is not in Prague. In Budvar I think. If my memory is right there's a church there decorated in human bones.
Saw it in 99 on van tour.......but memory can play strange tricks, especially when run on good beer as it was then

Just been watching the Southern Lights. Man are they impressive. Only got to see a tiny portion through the Danseys Pass gap due to cloud cover. Phone would nt take a pic of them. Hopefully @GravelBen got some
