These 2 have been demolishing the Wife’s flower garden and Hebe plants etc
Did not think they would love eating Agapanthus - now look like been hit with scrub bar.
These pics are 15m from our front door – took a shot at her 2 nights before at approx. 25m with Thermal scope – clean missed the b~~tch !!
Should have used the Shot Gun with Buckshot – would have flattened both with one shot
This old girl – (1 on right) that is her 2015 Fawn and she never had a Fawn last summer – but look – she is almost ready to drop a Fawn any day soon. Amazing ah ??

Shot the yealing whilst standing in front door and in my uderpants. Wasn't easy though - the old girl was extremely cunning and knew the moment you got out of bed (creaky floor etc)
Used a mussel barge going past to mask my movements the night I got it (3am) - mother not been back

I have converted to using 6V 12amh Gels on my GPRS Trail Cams
Still keep the internal battery bank full with rechargeable AA - as you will need secondary battery backup when you do Gel change over on the MG980 30M units as you have to disconnect the 6v power cable to access the internal menu/on off switch etc.
If you do not have AA batts in the internal - when you pull out the cable it will cause the unit to default back to Factory original setup (date/settings etc) then you need to reload via Puter all the data into it again.

So the 6V is looking like the way to go, long lasting and literally free running.

I checked one of my cameras this morning. A typical Rimutaka's public land stag, not a monster but could be alright in a couple more years.

Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Yeah it is nicely even, I shot one identical in antler shape in the exact same area nearly 20 years ago now. It looks like a young animal.
