    6.5 Creedmore

Here is the first of a couple of 6.5 Creedmoors I have to build, picked it up from Fastways this morning & assembled it.

It has a Defiance Deviant Tactical action.

True-Flite UM barrel & XLR Carbon Chassis, I grabbed a scope off one of the AR uppers.

Polished barrel & T2 Terminator Brake.

I got it going & was finished before lunch, shoots pretty well so far

Not bad for 25 rounds through it with a VXII 4-14 x 40 on top

    Nice.

But why a creedmore over say a 260?
"Hunting and fishing" fucking over licenced firearms owners since ages ago.

308Win One chambering to rule them all.

Mag length & its very popular in the PRS.

Starting to become a factory offering by some brands.

Yes I was pleasantly surprised by the velocities at ADI max loads.

I made some Lapua Brass for S&G both standard & small primers, the Hornady holds more powder & seems just as good at those velocities.

Very early days yet, it will be going to its new home this week.

All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

Apparently there are some more factory 6.5 creedmoor coming in the next few months( on top of what already is here): kimber, howa, savage and ruger.
I hope the components will follow.
