    BBQ whole snapper

    Went out for a fish on Sunday afternoon and bagged a feed of snaps. destination bbq

    lemon grass
    ginger
    chilli
    coriander
    spring onions
    garlic
    lime zest

    boo yah!!

    Looks fantastic. I could suffer a fair bit of that
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    I have done it with garlic butter on the inside and wrapped in tinfoil.

    Those 2 look bloody good
