    Crockpot duck

Tried this on Sunday. Real simple, and turned out tender and tasty.

Season the duck inside and out with salt and ground pepper. Place the duck inside an oven bag, and place some crushed pineapple on the breast area, and in and around the duck. Place the whole thing into the crockpot - on low for the whole day.
So simple. The pineapple didn't overpower the duck at all, and it was real tender.
