    Next time chuck the snapper head in too.....it needs about twice as long as fillets depending on size but the meat up in the head really is the bomb

    Right you barstards have corrupted me.....I crumbed fish.
    Got the wife to get some Panko crumb,I don't think I have ever had it before.
    Very spicy flour mixture then egg, panko, shallow fry.

    Snapper and gurnard bits.....was bloody good.
