    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    Tonight was roast chicken so of course I went fishing instead.

    Fresh Kahawai top loin thinly sliced....2minute "sear" in lemon juice then on the plate with wasabi and soy sauce.
