    little tucker mucker.

    big gameshoot out at ellesmere this w/e organised by one of the locals.Big BBQ tea tonight so Ive made a steamed mallard breast, potato&onionsalad with sour cream&herb dressing.
    those breasts cooked loverly in the steamer over the boiling spuds after a good season of salt were moist as!!
    lots of loverly venison goose duck etcetc for tea.yippe .hopefully some ducks &geese too.
