    raw fish is an outstanding dish. better than fried sometimes. vc your raw fish looks pretty tasty. but i will eat any fish i not fussy.

    Looks nice. I'm a raw fish fan (as well as other raw sea foods) got me.hungry now lol

    Started this with some fresh brim and thawed orange roughy(caught it from my whaka)

    Haven't tried it with roughy before but recon it will be good.

    That will be beaut
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    Love it, but Mrs Dundee, try coconut water instead of cream. I'm sure you'll love it as much, if not more. Ask any Fijian.
