    It is a Deutsch Kurzhaar, which translates to German Shorthair (German Shorthaired Pointer). The dog has scented the bird which is running ahead of it, so the dog is carefully following and tracking the bird, pointing when it stops moving.

    This would probably be Bulgaria. At least the guy is definitely Bulgarian....
    From the sound of the wing flap, that bird is a Hungarian partridge...
