    Nah mate the 260 is the ducks nuts on goats and deer. 120 gr corelocts are $99 for 200 so cheaper than most projectiles and work a treat on all the game discussed including bull tahr

    You can use data for the 280 Rem as it is virtually identical. I have done this in the past with pleasing results.

    +1. No difference between them using 130-150 grain that I can notice in any of the three 308, 270, 30-06 when it comes to recoil but the 30-06 will throw them faster.

    Saw that Nor-west. I wonder what the Muzzle velocity was like. Around 2700 fps I would think. Anyone have any idea. I was using 90gr Speer hotcores at that time:thumbsup:

    Its the plastic bits at the front that results in such poor performance lol. I think I would much rather have complete penetration of the biggest part of the projectile. It results in much quicker...
