   what marty said. And if he is correct (probably) then you will need to add a pic rail with slope on it or rings as said.

    If your selling the person the rounds you made then you need dealer licence. if you load ammo for a load development shoot it all your self and just supply him the data and components for him to load...

    pretty common if you can't get the bipod tall enough, for the butstock to sit far to low on the shoulder. will cause a mis high on target.
