Volquartsen hammer from Reloaders Supplies up in Auckland. You don't really need the whole VQ or BX triggers unless you are trying to make a silk purse from a sow's ear.

I'm a machinist by trade and did my own honing job. Breaks at 3lbs with almost no creep. Cost was approx $0 if you have a nice sharpening stone. Easy enough to do if you go slow.

Used the Volquartsen kit - totally made my 10/22 usable. Given the choice to do it again, I'd go down that path again.
