I actually really like the factory sights on Winchester 94's. Can shoot very well with them. I have Lyman and Williams receiver sights as well but not on any rifles at moment.

I have posted a picture of this rifle somewhere else, but I will add it to this thread to develope things, and because someone asked about Ubertis somewhere -

I can demonstrate my opinion in any fucking way I like. If I cared what you thought of it I would have sent you a Christmas card.
Winchester went out of business in the 1930's smartass. It was...
Offhand? Excellent. Any more photos would be appreciated...
I will hate Marlins as much as I want to, possibly even more than I really do, and I will even post about it some more if you press me. But you have to stop getting angry at what strangers write on...
The Winchester 94 is still available under the Winchester name, but now manufactured in Japan, with a high price. To be honest, I don't think they are imported in New Zealand. The Marlin 336 is still...
I am posting about rifles. You should post about the rifles too. Give me your opinion on Winchester versus Marlin. I am uninterested in what you think of me personally. It is enough for me to carry...
MSL - The holy grail... a pre'64 in fine condition. Superb.
My current one is a mint 1970's. It will shoot an honest five- shot 1.5 inch group at 100 metres with its standard factory sights with...
The Winchester down stroke tilts the cartridge upwards on the feeding ramp, and pushes in in on the upstroke. It should feed faultlessly no matter how slow or fast you work it. It wont go upside down...
I had a BLR in .308. I liked it a great deal despite its gawky ugly sister style. I had the old one with the straight stock, which I liked much better. The trigger was horrible and the magazine...
You must be a Marlin owner. I can tell by your shrivelled prune-like tone of Baptist self-righteousness. Right at the start I will say that Winchester owners are simply cooler than you. This must...
Henry the modern firearms maker? No I havn't.
But to further encourage our poster to be the best he can be, I shall give the answer to his question in a picture, which is worth a great many...
Stick with a Winchester, or the Rossi 92's are excellent. The triggers on the Rossi's have all been excellent, and the function fine. If I wanted a pistol cal lever the only thing I would look at...
