It is a manual. It feels terrible compared to my mates Ranger, goes through the gears like butter, but Ihave gotten used to it.

My Triton is going ok so far. Obviously I can't comment on reliabilty yet. Things I hate about it - the gear box "feels" shitty. It hesitates to change through the range in one stroke. I pop it out...
