Not sure why they would want to trial any of those lightweight Ebikes. I've ridden the Ubco. Its far more Raleigh twenty than MTB when negotiating lumpy terrain, and slow, and has little suspension...
If you are looking at a full sized bike, these seem to have the best reputation and performance. Front and back tyres are identical (standard 21 inch trailbike size) There appears to be a NZ rep....
All manufacturers quote distance on absolutely flat terrain. Start doing serious hills and you'll get 30-40km out of it
