Not an easy fix for that.
To do it properly it means replacing crank, or removing it and getting it welded/filled and machined back to size.

Could be a large number of things. Sounds like you've had the worst bits changed already.
Maybe a faulting sensor? Or throttle body needing cleaned out?
Need to be checked if any DTC's in system,...
There has also been a few that have had the front pulley slog out.
Any chance you have had the timing belt replaced recently or in recent past?
They have a double skinned exhaust front pipe that collapses internally blocking the exhaust. Makes it feel strangled when driving.
When too much pressure the manifold cracks.
