i got rid of my 30.06 as that did a bit but no the 243 doesn"t at all. and i would like a bigger cal for reds i have shot reds with the 243 but it takes a wile for them to go down

im carring a howa 1500 in 243 i never said i was having trouble but since smashing my sholder up im starting to notes it a bit more

there is one on trademe at the mo thats the mane reson for the post as i am prity keen on it as my curent rifle gets a bit heavy after a wile

is the 7.62x39 in bolt action any good as a bush hunting rifel?
