Now, time to put the roof racks back on the wagon and check the weather forecast.
The good thing is no metal bits other than the shark clip to hook to the net and the plastic halves just clip together. The main thing I was after was something the right size for may application...

That's the one. Looking at using in a couple of these.

It will have three lines of holes running along the top and bottom sections. The top section just clips/slides on and will hold the bait in. Shark clips attached to the ends will hold it in the net.

Basically the bit on the bottom of the picture will clip over the bit at the top to form a bait cage.
All should be revealed tomorrow night when it is dry and I've added a few holes.
I've been getting up a couple of crab bucket nets to drop of the kayak this summer but couldn't find a suitable bait cage. All the shops I've seen have huge bait cages that are way to big and bulky...
