He he, we had a repeat of this dinner on Sunday too. Also had roast beetroot, parsnip and eggplant. Unfortunately not enough pan left to do roast kumera and carrots as well. Think I need a bigger...

The worst part with a roast is the cleanup with all the pesky critters buzzing around;...
