Ba13 man. The barrel certainly has accuracy potential, just can't trust the zero at the moment. Doesn't need to be a tack driver but I need to trust the bullet will go in the right spot.

Good thought, I've tried several hand positions and a couple of different rests (no bipod though, it's a bushpig) haven't tried gripping under the forend.

Cheers stug that's handy info, the opening mech does occasionally gall so I'll do a bit of testing around that. It is shooting high so could be somthing similar. Could be loading the barrel.

They are just molded as part of the for end on the bergara, was my first thought, nothing obvious though, will have another look for contact points.

Trying to get a load for the bergara going and it has been throwing me some curve-balls. Started with the rail coming lose its now epoxied and locktite on so that should be sweet.
