I have a 40 moa mount on the 22 and 260 have used pst2 5-25 on both and had no issues. 26mils advertised, mine has more. hate to think how many time its been wound all the way up and down. still...

He has been pretty busy. was in gore for the Kalhes southern precision match. no wifi down there yet.

he has asked about getting more adjust from the scope. in order to do that yes he will need a canted rail. Its a great scope why not make the most of it and use whats available.

what marty said. And if he is correct (probably) then you will need to add a pic rail with slope on it or rings as said.

ahtlon midas tac 4-16 is a great scope. new 1600ish. under a grand 2nd hand if they come up. dials as well as my match scopes capped windage. very good glass.

use whats on the box/ internet to give you a base number then true it to suit your barrel at distance.

the 53 vmax is longer than the 60 vmax so will be harder to stabilize. the 53s are very good. but mine is a 1-8

for your 200yard zero why not just shoot at 200m and zero there?

Im fan on the 260rem but would never tell anyone to buy one. Just get the creed.

i epoxy fill the edges on my arca when fitting to the tikka 260. made for a flush smooth side. used the 2 sling mounts in the stock to fit it. made a 300mm and a 200mm.

athlon 5-25 on my tikka and pst2 5-25 on the 10/22. both with 40moa rails.

pst2 is a much better scope. no locking windage is something to be aware of tho.
