Beetroot you won't be disappointed. The glass alone is better and zero lock is the real bonus, as I only hunt with pop caps and found the old vx6 would move off zero every so often

WillB yes I feel it is. Timmay no locking cap for windage. The vx6hd has but I would think the extra $1k I can't see that I would have any advantage on my hunting rifle for the price
