Then again - I would expect the steel in your barrel to heat up faster than the titanium in the suppressor, so as the barrel heats up, it expands faster than the suppressor and should self tighten.

This is interesting. Maybe a property of the titanium being super stiff and vibrating more than a ductile steel can? Would be interesting to see accelerometer results showing vibrations of a titanium...
