Got the dies and cases back from H&F today and it looks like my old Lee case lube was causing the problem. I am now using hornady lube on a case lube tray and it is now sizing all the way...

The brass has been trimmed to length and is ok it just won’t physically go any further into due. Shop is looking at it but I suspect you’re right and it’s a largish chamber, will see what they come...
