    I have heard they are as good as a 264 win mag Kiwi Greg just neck down 280ai brass to 264 and go shooting.

    What sort of performance ? 3100 with a 140?

    I know a guy up my way who has a rem 700 in 27-08. Shoots plenty of deer with 130 grainers, reds and sika. Can't tell you the performance but it was a mild recoiling and accurate rig.
