I also thought a cheap sleeping bag liner would work pretty well and pack down to nothing.
Nothing wrong with the stoneycreek stowit jacket, get a size you can layer up underneath.
Cheap and easy meal is the ‘ramen bomb’, instant noodles, tuna, instant potato.
Use some flavoured tuna.
Sea lord are doing tuna with cous cous and rice etc, eat hot or cold. Prob want to bulk it...

Macpac thermals on sale, merino nice but gets ripped to bits in scrub county.

Something that's helped me is 16-8 intermittent fasting
I 'try' to just have 2 meals a day, lunch around 1, dinner around 7.
Just have to have water, black tea/ coffee in your 'fasting' period
I drive a desk at work so like keeping fit, I aim for 1x 1.5-2 hr walk with a 30lb pack the weekends I don't hunt.

I have the hopper 2 tent, 2kgs , good value, room for you and all your gear, used it a fair bit but haven't had it out in serious condition...
