the deer were quite high, most north facing slopes were all melted right to the tops so the deer were all over the place.

His hair was pulling out on the coat so that was an easy decision not to carry it all the way out. so euro mount it is. maybe one day ill shoot another one and use the head skin for it :)

Cheers guys, we had 4 blue sky days in a row, was amazing!

Had an amazing weekend up in the hills.
Found this guy way way up the back an hour before dark, managed to stalk in from 700m to get within 320m. Put one in his shoulder and the rest is history!!...
